A Evening to Remember, in a place you’ll never Forget!
With a blueprint that was drawn up with entertainment at the top of the list, we wanted to really feature what this luxury luxury Penthouse in Seattle has to offer when it comes to the area of hospitality. In November of 2017 we showcased the property in what we called the “Party in the Penthouse”. The Party in the Penthouse was hosted by Moira Holley and Scott Wasner for the city’s top brokers and a few friends and influencers. The setting was their spectacular $13.8 million dollar downtown Seattle Penthouse, perfectly positioned at the base of the Space Needle and above Seattle’s gorgeous Waterfront Park.
Guests enjoyed unmatched 270º views, spanning from the Space Needle to the entire city skyline to the South, Mt. Rainier, Elliott Bay and west to the Olympic Mountains.
Delicious bites were provided by Cynthia Lapp of Bacchus and Arianna Catering. A wonderful jazz trio, led by Michael Marcus, filled the air with sweet sounds and guests enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres, a wonderful Champagne-style sparkling wine from France, a more subtle French white wine and other delectable treats. Parking service was provided by Butler Valet.
What a special night!
